The Arkivist is not a "wiki", a "community", or a public database. The Arkivist is simply your list of your collectibles. Fast, smart phone friendly, and catering to collectors of all types of collectibles. Music, film, comics, toys, clothes...whatever you collect, you can keep track of it here on The Arkivist.
Want to see what The Arkivist looks like in action? Check out some example entries: Compact Disc, Vinyl, Audio Tape, DVD, Blu-Ray, Magazine, Die-Cast Car, View-Master, Trading Card. We are always adding new templates to The Arkivist, and we take requests for templates as well! The Arkivist is your one-stop shop for keeping track of your collectibles.
Your lists are now searchable, and accessible 24/7. In this economy, can you afford to buy a double of something that you already own? Of course not. Use The Arkivist while out shopping to search your lists of collectibles, and never waste money again. Allow us to stress: These are your lists, crossing multiple types of collectibles, all in one place. You only need to use a web browser. No special apps, no need to use multiple sites, and no clutter of collectibles from other people. The Arkivist is all about you!
No need to export your database to the web. The Arkivist is already on the web. Did your computer crash? Was it stolen? Have no fear. Your lists are safe on The Arkivist. The Arkivist also allows you to brag about your latest acquisitions. After you add an item, you can use the social network buttons at the bottom of your pages to show off your collectibles! Bragging about an item is as easy as clicking a button...and you know you want to brag about your stuff. :)
The Arkivist is as simple or as complex as you want it. Enter as little or as much information for each item you own. You can even add up to twelve images per item, so you can see what your item looks like (damage, price stickers, et cetera).
Aside from allowing you the ability to catalog multiple types of your collectibles, The Arkivist also offers areas within each item entered to supply loan and cost information. Do you have friends who won't give back your items? Now you can keep track of who has your stuff. Was your home robbed? The Arkivist can show an insurance agent what you own, and how much you paid for it!
